24-Month Limited Warranty

The Monar Canvas Speaker is backed by a 24-month limited warranty (or longer if required by local consumer laws), effective from the original date of purchase as shown on your sales invoice. If a defect in materials or workmanship arises under normal use during the warranty period, Monar will provide repair or replacement services at no charge. To obtain warranty service, you must provide a valid device serial number and proof of purchase. This limited warranty applies only if the product: Has been used in accordance with this user guide. Has not been dismantled, modified, repaired, or serviced by unauthorized personnel. Has not been subjected to abnormal environmental conditions. Has not been damaged due to improper handling, storage, impact, liquid exposure, excessive humidity, or failure to follow operating instructions. Monar reserves the right to use functionally equivalent replacement parts or products should original components become unavailable.

Return Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We design every Monar product for lasting satisfaction. However, if the Canvas Speaker does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

Request a Return Authorization: To start a return request, please contact us at contact@monarai.com and provide your order number along with the reason for the return.

Prepare Your Return: Carefully repack the speaker in its original packaging and shipping box to ensure safe transit.

Ship It Back: Once your return request has been approved, our support team will provide detailed return instructions.For eligible returns, Monar may provide reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, depending on the return reason and your location.

Refunds

Once your return is received at our facility, our team will inspect it to verify that all original accessories are included and the product is in resalable condition (free of damage, with no signs of wear). Upon successful inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please Note: A return shipping fee, calculated based on your location, will be deducted from the refund total.

About Return Shipping Costs

• If the product is unopened and returned within 30 days of delivery, Monar will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or quality issue, Monar will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the product has been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or other user-caused reasons, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• For special situations not covered above, return shipping responsibility will be determined by our support team based on the specific circumstances.
