If you do not provide the relevant information, you may not be able to register as our user, or you may not be able to enjoy certain services we provide, or you may not be able to achieve the intended effects of the relevant services. For requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical means (for example, requiring the development of a new system or a fundamental change to the current practice), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are extremely unrealistic (for example, involving information stored on backup tapes), we may reject them. In the following circumstances, we will not be able to respond to your request: 1. Related to the fulfillment of obligations by the personal information controller as required by laws and regulations; 2. Directly related to national security and national defense security; 3. Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests; 4. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments, etc.; 5.
