Monar Partners with Smartech for Canvas Speaker Launch in Three European Cities

Customers can now experience Monar Canvas Speaker at Selfridges London, KaDeWe Berlin and Rinascente Rome

Monar has partnered with technology retailer Smartech to bring Monar Canvas Speaker to its locations in London, Berlin and Rome. Customers can now visit the stores to hear the speaker and explore its framed display in person.

Smartech introduces technology from established brands and emerging companies through its spaces in department stores. Its focus on hands-on discovery gives shoppers the chance to try products before making a decision. For Monar, the partnership offers a way for customers to experience the product beyond a screen.

A canvas speaker for music and home décor

Monar Canvas Speaker combines Hi-Fi sound with a digital art frame. Six custom-tuned drivers deliver rich, detailed audio, while a paper-like matte display shows artwork, personal photographs or live lyrics for supported music. The design brings a speaker into the home as something to display as well as listen to.

For those considering how a speaker fits into their interior design, Monar offers eight interchangeable frame designs and three ways to display it: on a wall, on a tabletop or on an easel. Additional frames and the easel are sold separately.

The built-in collection includes more than 50,000 artworks, available to display at no additional cost. Owners can also upload photos and videos from their phone, stylise their photos with AI, or turn a mood or story into an AI-generated song with matching cover art.
